Clinical Decision and Escalation
Sibex clinicians reserve the right, at their professional discretion, to determine whether a condition can be safely managed at home, requires urgent hospital evaluation, or requires immediate stabilization and transfer to an appropriate healthcare facility
Emergency and Critical Illness Limitation
For life-threatening emergencies or conditions requiring hospital-level intervention, Sibex may provide initial supportive stabilization where feasible, but our home-based services do not replace emergency hospital care when such care is medically indicated.
Clinical Outcomes and Individual Variation
Medical outcomes cannot be absolutely guaranteed, as response to treatment depends on the patient’s condition, disease severity, timing of presentation, underlying health status, adherence to advice, and other factors beyond reasonable clinical control
