Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of Sibex Synergies’ healthcare coordination, home medical support, senior care services, and related professional services. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Service Scope
Sibex provides doctor-led home medical assessment, coordinated care planning, caregiver education, health consulting, and related support services within the scope of professional clinical judgment and operational capacity.
Professional Judgement
Sibex clinicians retain professional discretion in determining appropriate care recommendations, referrals, treatment pathways, and escalation decisions based on the clinical needs, safety considerations, and best interests of the patient.
Client Responsibilities
Clients and authorized representatives are responsible for providing accurate medical information, relevant medication history, timely communication, safe home access for service delivery, and cooperation with recommended care plans and referrals where clinically appropriate.
Payments and Fess
Service fees are payable according to the selected care plan or agreed service arrangement. Payment confirms acceptance of Sibex service terms, operational processes, and applicable service limitations.

Scheduled appointments or coordinated services may be rescheduled subject to operational availability. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or service disruptions caused by inaccurate information, access limitations, or client unavailability may affect service timelines or incur administrative charges where applicable.
Communication Consent
By engaging Sibex services, clients consent to reasonable communication through phone calls, email, messaging platforms, and related professional communication channels necessary for care coordination, updates, scheduling, and service administration.
Limitations of Liability
Sibex Synergies provides its services in good faith, with reasonable professional care, and within accepted clinical and operational standards. However, except where otherwise required by applicable law, Sibex shall not be liable for outcomes materially influenced by delayed presentation, incomplete disclosure of medical history, non-adherence to recommendations, third-party provider actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
Refunds & Service Credits
Payments made for subscribed care plans, coordinated services, or professional consultations are generally non-refundable once service delivery, care coordination, administrative processing, or reserved service allocation has commenced. Where exceptional circumstances arise, Sibex may, at its discretion, consider reasonable service credits, rescheduling arrangements, or partial administrative adjustments where appropriate
Applicable Law and Updates
These Terms of Service shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Sibex reserves the right to update or refine these terms periodically in line with evolving operational standards, legal requirements, and service development.
By using Sibex services, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
